I cannot say enough good things about this shop and vendor. I asked Ann (BasketBoutiqueBySha) to create a personalized basket for a dear colleague who was retiring. Ann asked me about specific details about my colleague and created a completely personalized basket with items that were unique to my colleague’s interests and hobbies. For example, my colleague is very spiritual, so the notebook reads, "For I know the plans I have for you". Additionally, there was this small jewelry tray with a beautiful sentiment about retirement included. On top of this, Ann asked me what my price range was and made sure to accommodate this, including shipping. She communicated with me thoroughly about each item in the basket, the pricing, and the shipping. It was so well-done. I would highly recommend this shop, and my colleague loved it!
